This machine is mainly used for separating copper, zinc, lead, thread, gold and other non-ferrous metals, which also can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation of the ferrous metals and nonmetals.
1. Reasonable circulation of slurry decreases coarse sand sedimentation.
2. Complete flotation circuit with inhaling air and slurry, and no auxiliaries are needed.
3. Automatic controlling device makes adjustment more convenient.
4. Process is easy to be changed.
The impeller is driven by v-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. While extracting sufficient air is mixing with the ore pulp, and the machine will stir the ore pulp and mix it with chemicals to form materialized froth. The useful froth can be scraped from the loam board By adjusting the height of the flash board to control the liquid level. In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floating on the surface of slurry and is scraped out, and the other mineral will still stay in the slurry, so the separating purpose is finished.
