Flotation separation process consists of those machines such as vibrating feeder, chute feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, spiral classifier, pendulum feeder, high frequency screen, mixer, flotation cell, concentrator, dryer and so on.
Flotation separation process is one of the most important processes in mineral separation, wide very extensive application. According to statistics, more than 90% non-ferrous metal is separated with flotation separation process.
In addition, flotation separation process is also used for mineral processing of ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic, even water purification field also uses the flotation separation process in recent years.
Particle surface has hydrophobic properties, and can get hydrophobic properties under the action of flotation reagent, so particles can be gathered in liquid-gas or water-oil interface. Currently, the most widely used flotation separation process is foam flotation process. Ore minerals can be processed into single particle after being crushed and grinded, with the particle size according with flotation process requirements.
