Lime kiln is the main equipment to calcine the raw material which has been ground and transferred into clinker under high temperature, commonly known as the heart of cement plant.
Lime kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement, which is also used for baking active lime and dolomite in the steel factory and the other fields.

The lime Kiln consists of cylindrical shell, supporting device, supporting device of thrust roller, driving unit, movable kiln head, sealing device on the tail of kiln, coal dust pipe device and so on. And the kiln body has a certain tilt angle with level, which is supported by the roller supporting device, and it is also equipped with thrust roller device to control the up and down movement of the kiln body.
