It should be checked whether the cone crusher's bowl-shaped tile is fastened well on the bearing block by cast zinc. If it is loose, the zinc alloy should be cast again. Otherwise, when the moving cone is lifted, the bowl-shaped tile will be stuck to the spherical surface of the moving cone with the lubricant, which may cause accidents.
The contact surface of the bowl-shaped tile should be checked, the width of the contact ring of which is 0.3-0.5 feet.
